This page talks about generating a screen movie and also presents an example at the bottom of the page.

Skim through the documentation and have a bit of a play around with it
Think more carefully about the content and perhaps develop a rough script
Below is the script I created for the screen moving on creating a wiki page
In this screen movie I will demonstrate how to create a wiki page in the knowledgeGarden learning community.
think of an informative and interesting title for your page. This is really important because most people will find your page based on its title. The page I am going to create will be titled "Accuracy and reliability of information in a wiki"
next we want to create a way for people to find the page as are about to create. We will create a link to our new page in one of the Tables of Contents. This also gives you a chance to see if similar pages exist and also ensures that your page will not be an orphan i.e. it will be linked to from other pages.
edit the Table of Contents and enter a link to the page you are about to create. To do this enter the page title in double brackets.
save the Table of Contents page
scroll to the place where you entered the link and you should see a red question mark after the link. This means that while the link has been created the destination page has yet to be created.
click the question mark and you will be moved to your new page and put into EDIT mode
select a template for your page
enter a little information into your page. The most important things initially are the way you want others to use the page and perhaps a skeleton of the page content
save the page and admire the start of your page
the BACKLINKS button on your new page should also show that there is an incoming link from the table of Contents. If you click the backlink you will go to the Table of Contents and then you can check the link on the Table of Contents by returning to the Table of Contents and looking for the link to your newly found page
Record the screen movie
have a glass of water handy in case your throat gets dry (make sure to move the boom mike before takign a drink of water)
turn off phones
Edit the movie
Wink provides basic editiing allowing you to remove frames and segments of the audio
you can also rerecord audio
you can add text captions to the screen
Render or output the movie
this will generate the movie in a format that others cna easily play
Wink allows you to output the moving as a FLASH file with preloader and controller
The following movie is about 15 minutes long and the file is a about 5666 kB which should be able to be streamed over a 56 K modem
Resulting movie
Movie length= 15 minutes File size 5666 KB stream required 4KB sec whcih shoudld just about work on a 56kmodem
This Flash movie was created using Wink (free) which you can see described on Capturing screen movies.
